Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Union Packaging Operator LG3 for the Mon-Thu 3pm–1:30am shift. You will perform duties in manufacturing and packaging of biological products, ensuring quality and safety through accurate records and procedures.

Responsibilities include operating packaging lines, maintaining documentation, and assisting training. The role requires good communication, math, and GMP awareness, with teamwork to meet production goals on the night shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Perform calculations involving weights, volumes, and percentages.
• Ability to use basic logic to solve problems.
• Familiarity with basic GMP/documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all records, calculations, and documentation.
• Read and follow schedules, records, procedures, and documents.
• Assist in training other employees in an area of responsibility.
• Operate MES/SAP/scanners/printers as required.
• Maintain inventories and inventory records.
• Set up and operate packaging and labeling equipment.
• Ensure safety practices and proper waste disposal.
