Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Business Development experience in the small molecule API CDMO/CRO industry.
• Ability to access customers, understand customer needs, and drive business opportunities.
• PhD preferred; minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree; candidates with R&D experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and leverage a network within Biotech/Biopharma to access CMC decision-makers.
• Understand customers' pipelines, stages, and procurement strategies to anticipate CMC needs.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of winning new customers and projects.
• Translate customer pain points into BD strategies to form long-term partnerships.
