The role is field-based with up to 75% travel. Base salary ranges from $138,000 to $200,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits; candidate must reside in the territory and meet credentialing requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in biotech/pharma sales and account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in Nephrology, Hematology/Oncology or rare diseases preferred; transplant/hospital/IDN experience valued.
• Product launch experience preferred.

• Build and maintain proficiency in disease states, patient/clinic experience, market landscape, and product.
• Drive revenue by achieving sales/marketing objectives and goals.
• Serve as primary commercial interface with key accounts and manage overall customer experience.
• Develop and execute business plans for key accounts aligned to national strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage speaker engagement, marketing, and other needs.
