Qualifications

• PhD in Statistics, biostatistics or related field (or MS with significant experience).
• 14+ years in pharmaceutical industry with PhD, or 15+ years with MS.
• 10+ years of management experience overseeing senior technical talent.
• Hands-on with CDISC standards and SDTM/ADaM datasets.
• Strong knowledge of SAS, EAST and nQuery.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive-level leadership for strategy in global development programs.
• Lead collaborations with clinical, regulatory and other strategic functions.
• Offer strategic statistical input in regulatory documents and publications.
• Mentor statisticians and staff; oversee CRO partnerships and study deliverables.
