You will guide clinical development strategies, ensure scientific excellence, and shape data analyses throughout regulatory submissions and approvals. The role requires a deep regulatory background, a passion for leading teams, and a track record of influencing business strategy in drug development.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree required in statistics, biostatistics, or mathematics.
• 20+ years in pharma/biotech/clinical research with 10+ years of supervision.
• Experience in design, planning, conduct, analyses, and reporting of clinical trials.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and global guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior statistical advisor to clients on study design and regulatory submissions.
• Lead development of innovative data analysis strategies across programs.
• Provide input into protocols and integrated analysis plans.
