You will provide independent strategic and technical input and mentor staff in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment. The role requires a PhD or MS in Statistics/Biostatistics with 10+ years (or equivalent) and deep expertise in SAS/R, with NDA/MAA experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• PhD or MS in Statistics/Biostatistics with 10+ years of experience (or equivalent).
• Expertise with SAS and R in drug development.
• Experience with regulatory interactions (USA/Europe).
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs projects across multiple clinical trials and real-world data investigations.
• Mentors and manages direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Authors SAPs and TFL shells; develops data review and dissemination plans.
• Represents Biostatistics in cross-functional teams and with regulators.
