Job summary

Pharmaron is seeking a Director of Biostatistics to lead the Biometrics organization, guiding statistics strategy across clinical development from Phase I to IV. You will partner with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver scientifically rigorous statistical solutions for high-quality programs.

The role requires 8+ years of biostatistics experience, strong ICH-GCP knowledge, and exceptional client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Biostatistics or related field.
• 8+ years of biostatistics experience in clinical trials.
• Experience authoring SAPs and contributing to trial design.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent client-facing communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific and operational leadership for Biometrics across Phase I–IV.
• Develop, review, and improve SOPs, WIs, templates and procedures.
• Participate in internal and external audits and address findings.
• Support Business Administration and Business Development with proposals.
• Establish and maintain client and vendor relationships.
• Provide statistical inputs on trial design, protocol and CRF development.
• Author and review SAPs, analysis plans, and statistical reports.
• Attend department meetings and help plan study staffing.
