Qualifications

• PhD or master's in Statistics or Biostatistics.
• Typically requires 10 years of experience with a Ph.D. or 13 years of experience with a master's, or equivalent.
• Experience leading clinical trials, observational studies, or real world data projects.
• Mentor and manage project teams; drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Expertise in SAS and R for drug development analyses.
• Strong communication with regulators; NDA/MAA experience.

Responsabilités

• Directs one or more projects including clinical trials, observational studies, or real world data investigations.
• Manages and develops direct reports; mentors team members.
• Represents Biostatistics in cross-functional teams and regulatory interactions.
• Authors SAPs, DDPs, and related study documents; develops KRM and TFLs.
• Leads or contributes to strategic discussions and SRF reviews.
• Implements innovative designs and analysis methods; publishes findings.
