The intern will assist with planning, documentation, and execution of clinical kitting operations, gaining hands-on experience in regulated biotech supply chain and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll enhance SharePoint sites, explore generative AI for drafting documents and templates, map workflows, track kit status in Smartsheet/Excel, and

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's program (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or related field).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Smartsheet or SharePoint a plus.
• Interest in process improvement and emerging technologies (e.g., AI).
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Support SharePoint design and maintenance: build, organize, and update team sites for access.
• Leverage ChatGPT and digital tools to draft process docs and templates.
• Assist with process improvement: document workflows and map processes.
• Data entry and reporting: track kit status and performance in Smartsheet/Excel.
• Documentation and compliance: ensure documents are organized and stored to standards.
• Cross-functional collaboration: participate in meetings with study teams and vendors.
• Ad hoc tasks and learning opportunities to gain exposure to clinical supply chain operations.
