Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s program in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field.
• Coursework or laboratory experience in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, molecular biology, or related discipline.
• Basic laboratory skills such as pipetting and sample handling.

Responsibilities

• Support biospecimen receipt, documentation, storage, retrieval, and distribution per SOPs and safety requirements.
• Utilize LabVantage LIMS to support sample tracking, chain of custody, and lifecycle traceability.
• Support automation and robotics workflows used for sample reformatting, storage, and retrieval.
• Handle biospecimens across required temperature conditions following SOPs, safety requirements, and chain-of-custody practices.
• Support study close-out, sample reconciliation, and storage optimization activities.
• Identify and elevate sample, labeling, inventory, or documentation discrepancies to Biobank team members.
• Prepare and deliver project updates or presentations to Biobank and cross-functional teams.
