Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales growth in the Philadelphia area, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware. You will promote the Medical and Pharmacy Benefit Biopharma portfolio to targeted accounts, manage contracting, and build strong relationships with decision-makers.

The role requires deep product knowledge, clinical and reimbursement acumen, and the ability to travel within the territory to engage hospitals, IDNs, and clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business or Science preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of demonstrated successful pharmaceutical sales experience with proven results.
• Experience with Biopharma/Immunology/Oncology fields preferred.
• Understanding of access, reimbursement, specialty pharmacy providers, IDN and GPO contracting.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales in the assigned territory and develop new business opportunities.
• Execute account management and consultative selling to grow business and promote the portfolio.
• Manage contracting strategy and pull-through with hospitals, IDNs and clinics.
• Engage key decision-makers to improve access and sales opportunities.
• Launch new products and programs and coordinate with internal teams.
