Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth in the Philadelphia area and Southern New Jersey and Delaware. The role focuses on promoting the Medical and Pharmacy Benefit Biopharma portfolio, improving market access, and building strong customer relationships in a compliant manner.

The ideal candidate will live near Philadelphia, PA, with 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, knowledge of contracting, and the ability to engage senior decision makers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of demonstrated pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of results.
• Experience calling on Oncology/Immunology physician offices, hospitals, IDNs, and academic centers to the C-Suite level preferred.
• Understanding of access and reimbursement including specialty pharmacy providers, IDN and GPO contracting, with strong execution of payer access.

Responsabilités

• Increase sales in the assigned territory and develop new business opportunities that exceed objectives.
• Execute account management, consultative selling and clinical expertise to increase business and support the biopharma portfolio.
• Develop contracting strategy and executional pull-through with key customers and accounts (hospitals, IDNs, clinics).
• Increase access to key decision makers and develop opportunities within the customer base.
• Launch new products and programs and present value propositions to customers.
