Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer to support development, integration and testing of wearable and biosensor technologies for DoD applications.

The role focuses on physiological monitoring systems, sensor integration, and human performance in operational environments. Candidates should have 5+ years in the related field, experience with Wearable devices, biosensors, or physiological data, and familiarity with test or lab environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or science discipline required
• 5+ years of professional experience in the required task area
• Experience with wearable devices, bionsensors, or physiological data required
• Experience in test, validation, or lab environments required
• Experience in regulated environments (FDA, ISO, ASTM) preferred
• Knowledge of human performance or medical systems preferred
• DoD or research lab experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support development, integration, and testing of wearable and biosensor technologies for DoD applications

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Education/Training:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or science discipline required

Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in the required task area
• Experience with wearable devices, bionsensors, or physiological data required
• Experience in test, validation, or lab environments required
• Experience in regulated environments (FDA, ISO, ASTM) preferred

• DoD or research lab experience preferred

Security:

• Must be a US citizen
• Active Top Secret clearance required

Physical Requirements:

• Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
• Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
• Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
• Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary:$115,000 - 130,000
