Job summary

MP Biomedicals, LLC is seeking a Bioscience Lab Technician II to support manufacturing, testing, and development of life science products in a controlled laboratory setting. You will document procedures, ensure QC, and maintain equipment while adhering to safety standards.

The role emphasizes aseptic techniques, micropipetting, and collaboration across teams to meet production goals in a professional lab environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a life science field.
• 2–3 years hands-on laboratory experience in manufacturing, quality control, research, diagnostics, or related lab environment.
• Solid understanding of scientific principles and lab techniques with hands-on micropipetting, media and reagent preparation, and aseptic techniques.
• Proficiency operating laboratory equipment and knowledge of safety procedures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accountability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory manufacturing and testing: perform manufacturing, preparation, processing, testing and R&D support per SOPs and quality standards.
• Develop and document manufacturing procedures and SOPs for new products, including QC and regulatory documentation.
• Document, analyze and report manufacturing and testing results; identify quality concerns and deviations.
• Operate, clean, maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment; report issues promptly.
• Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment; manage inventory and aseptic techniques.
• Prioritize daily activities to meet production schedules; collaborate across teams; participate in cross-training.
• Perform other duties to support departmental operations and objectives.
