Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be detail oriented and able to follow written instructions presented in standard operating procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and crouch; lift at least 54 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors equipment performance and performs preventative maintenance for cryogenic storage systems.
• Manages inventory including receiving, storage, transferring, and distribution of biospecimens/devices.
• Performs shipping/receiving tasks: packing, verification of serial/lot numbers, scanning, and tracking shipments.
