Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years of people and functional experience.
• Associate Degree + 4 years of experience, 2 years in people/functional roles.
• HS Diploma + 5 years of experience, 2 years in people/functional roles.
• Experience in FDA regulated industry (GMP/GLP) preferred.
• Previous sample and/or data management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and track goals, learning plans, and daily work assignments.
• Promote collaboration across shifts, teams and departments.
• Manage Biobank team personnel, productivity, and resources.
• Enforce policies with attention to quality compliance.
• Provide data, reports and documentation to leadership.
• Oversee receipt, accessioning, labeling and storage of samples.
