Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in science preferred.
• Follow written and verbal instructions with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to learn Microsoft Office, database software, and biorepository systems.
• Good business English, clear communication, and teamwork.
• Completion of orientation on US/OECD regulations and chemical safety.

Responsibilities

• Accession, archive, and inventory of materials in the LIMS/Biorepository system.
• Ensure accuracy of records, labeling, and documentation.
• Maintain storage organization and perform line clearance between batches.
• Monitor and document temperature alerts; ensure timely follow-up.
• Support data digitization, material transactions, and quality control.
• Collaborate with the Senior Technician and cross-functional teams.
