Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma and 1 year of experience.
• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping and handling, or inventory management.
• Ability to maintain inventory accuracy and differentiate batch numbers and item numbers.
• Willingness to learn inventory management and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: maintain accuracy, replenish stock, organize materials.
• Material Handling: retrieve biomaterials, monitor storage, follow PPE requirements.
• Shipping & Receiving: process shipments and prepare materials for outbound shipment.
• Cold Chain Operations: maintain temperature-controlled environments with monitoring.
• Documentation & Data Entry: enter data and maintain records per procedures.
• Quality & Compliance: follow SOPs, GDP, and cGMP standards.
