ATCC, a leading nonprofit biological resources and standards organization, is seeking a Repository Technician with onsite responsibilities in Frederick, MD. The role involves warehouse, shipping, and inventory duties, with data entry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2–5 years in warehouse, shipping, or inventory.
• Data entry experience preferred.
• Attention to detail for batch number and item differentiation and counting.
• Willingness and ability to learn inventory management systems.
• Ability to learn and follow quality control procedures.
• Effective communication in English (both verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain temperature-controlled storage, maintain inventory, and wear PPE while handling biomaterials.
• Process incoming shipments, replenish stock, manage inventory, and prepare samples for shipment.
• Maintain cold-chain storage and documentation, follow SOPs, GDP, and cGMP standards.
