Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Biorepository Intern to join the Greenfield, IN team for an 11-week, paid summer internship. You will handle clinical trial specimens, perform data entry, and assist with storage, tracking, and QA processes under supervision.

You will gain hands-on experience with a large freezer system, SOPs, and collaboration with global teams, while developing professional skills in a regulated laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in a related scientific field.
• Ability to perform lab-based specimen handling per procedures.
• 3+ months experience using computer applications for data entry and record maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain specimens in appropriate environment during handling, processing and storage.
• Perform aliquoting and other sample processing activities.
• Update data in applicable systems and ensure audit trails and documentation.
