Job summary

Minnesota Soybean Processors (MnSP) is looking for a Biorefinery Operator to join our night shift in Brewster, Minnesota. If you are mechanically inclined, safety-minded, dependable, and enjoy hands-on work, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow procedures and accurately document information.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous manufacturing, production, industrial, or biorefinery experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate production equipment.
• Make equipment and process adjustments as needed.
• Perform quality testing and collect samples.
• Monitor production processes and equipment.
• Identify and report equipment issues.
• Complete safety inspections and production logs.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and housekeeping.
• Work closely with your team to maintain safe and efficient operations.
