Job summary

MnSP in Brewster, Minnesota is seeking a Biorefinery Operator for our night shift to help run the refinery and biodiesel operations safely and efficiently. This role features 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a rotating schedule, with starting pay of $20/hour plus a $2/hour night premium and potential for advancement.

You will monitor production equipment, perform adjustments, test quality, document results, and maintain logs, working closely with a collaborative team to keep processes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow procedures and accurately document information.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous manufacturing, production, industrial, or biorefinery experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Minnesota Soybean Processors (MnSP) is looking for a Biorefinery Operator to join our night shift team in Brewster, Minnesota. If you are mechanically inclined, safety-minded, dependable, and enjoy hands-on work, this could be a great opportunity for you!

What You'll Get

$20.00/hour starting wage

+$2.00/hour night shift premium

+$1.00/hour after qualifying for applicable operator levels

12-hour shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do
