Qualifications
- BS or MS in Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology or related field with 2+ years industry experience
- Experience with bench-scale bioreactors and related equipment
- Proficient in documentation and data management
- Familiar with DOE and statistical analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare and run bench-scale bioreactors and related equipment
- Perform mammalian cell culture work in aseptic conditions
- Develop proficiency in bioreactor control systems and analytical equipment
- Collaborate on platform client projects and process characterization
- Plan and execute DOE experiments and analyze results
- Document results in ELNs, SOPs and reports
