You will operate bioreactor systems, manage materials, and work across a multidisciplinary team to optimize processes.

The role requires hands-on lab work, documentation excellence, and collaboration with scientists to drive DOE-based optimization and technical transfer activities.

Qualifications

• BS or MS with 2+ years industry experience in bioprocessing.
• Experience in bench-scale bioreactor operations and analytics.
• Strong documentation and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and efficient in hands-on lab tasks.
• Operate bioreactor equipment, manage inventory and lab space.
• Prepare and run bench-scale bioreactors and related equipment.
• Perform mammalian cell culture in aseptic conditions.
• Design, execute and analyze DOE experiments under supervision.
• Document methods and results in ELNs and SOPs; communicate with team.
