Job summary

RepliGen Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to drive revenue by generating and qualifying leads, presenting our bioprocessing consumables and systems, and closing deals with customers.

You will manage CRM in SFDC, collaborate with field sales, marketing, and technical support, and report on sales trends. A 2+ year track record in inside sales in biotech is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 2+ years of inside sales or a similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Proficient in SFDC and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through calls, emails, and social channels.
• Qualify leads based on needs, budget, and timeline.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations.
• Close deals for consumables and selected systems.
• Maintain and update SFDC with accurate information.
• Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and technical support.
• Generate sales reports and analyze trends.
