Job summary
MilliporeSigma in the United States is seeking an Engineer III to design, develop, and test novel single-use filtration devices for therapeutic biopharmaceuticals, vaccines, and gene therapies. You will lead projects to deliver clarification, filtration, and separation technologies for downstream bioprocessing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science or Engineering and 5+ years of engineering experience.
- Master's degree in Life Science or Engineering and 3+ years of engineering experience.
- PhD in Life Science or Engineering and 1+ years of engineering experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test novel single-use filtration devices for biopharmaceuticals, vaccines, and gene therapies.
- Lead projects delivering clarification, filtration, and separation technologies for downstream bioprocessing.
- Evaluate prototype performance and transfer know-how to manufacturing with a focus on cost and yield objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine customer needs and support field trials.
