Qualifications

• Knowledge in protein chemistry, cell biology, biophysics and binding analysis using SPR.

• Hands-on lab automation experience with Bravo and Hamilton.
• Experience bridging experiments with computational modeling and ML.

Responsibilities

• Use SPR instruments to perform high-throughput binding affinity characterization on biologics.
• Determine cross-species selectivity and study mechanism of action related to binding.
• Generate and analyze data; communicate results clearly, orally and in writing.
• Collaborate with scientists across functions and with Computational Sciences for ML/AI models.
