Job summary

Syneos Health, in partnership with a large biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join a fast-paced, client-focused team. You will build relationships with healthcare providers and key accounts to achieve territory goals.

This role requires a BA/BS (Life Sciences preferred) and proven sales success. You will deliver clinical presentations, develop an integrated territory plan, analyze market trends, and collaborate with brand teams while ensuring

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or internship experience.
• Ability to identify key decision makers, develop relationships and influence prescribing habits.
• Proven track record of exceeding results.
• Strong communication, analytics and account management skills.
• Team player who can also work independently and be highly collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with healthcare providers and key accounts to achieve territory sales goals.
• Develop, implement and execute an integrated territory business plan.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Plan and cover territory to ensure regular and consistent engagement.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks on time.
• Collaborate with sales, brand teams and support partners to enhance customer experience.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
