This leadership role is responsible for managing daily security activities, ensuring site coverage, and maintaining client satisfaction in a safe and secure environment. The position offers a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with shifts across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekends, and pays $20.00 to $22.00 per hour with comprehensive

Competenze

• Requires NC Security Guard Registration (Guard Card).
• Prior security experience required.
• Biopharma/pharma facilities experience preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to lead a team with a professional presence.
• Proficient in incident reporting and basic computer apps.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
