Job summary

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Security Manager to supervise security operations at a residential HOA community in Sanford, North Carolina.

The role leads daily activities, ensures site coverage, and maintains high client satisfaction while protecting residents, guests, and visitors. Responsibilities include directing on-site personnel, coordinating shifts, enforcing post orders, and overseeing gate access control.

Qualifications

• Valid NC Security Guard Registration (Guard Card) required.
• Prior security experience required.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience in HOA communities, residential security, gate access control, or similar environments strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to lead a team while maintaining a professional presence.
• Proficiency with incident reporting and basic computer applications.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Supervise and support on-site security personnel.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and maintain proper site coverage.
• Ensure officers are following post orders, site procedures, and company policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for site management and HOA representatives.
• Monitor and oversee gate access control operations.
• Review incident reports and ensure accurate documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and address security concerns proactively.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel.
• Assist with investigations and follow-up on security-related incidents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.

We are seeking a professional and experienced Site Security Manager to oversee security operations at a residential HOA community in Sanford, North Carolina.
