Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a detail-oriented administrative specialist to manage courier intake and sample handling at the Lancaster, PA lab. You will accurately register samples in LIMS, label them, and ensure proper storage locations while maintaining detailed records.

The role requires strong computer skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to learn new procedures. Full-time on-site with comprehensive benefits offered.

• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new techniques and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle communication and paperwork for all couriers that arrive for BioPharmaceutical Sample Administration.
• Receive and unpack sample kits and coolers with high quality standards.
• Interpret and register samples into Laboratory Information Management System.
• Label samples and assign storage locations.
• Enter samples with incomplete data into holds and maintain inventory.
