Sample Administration Specialist - 2nd Shift

Job Description

• Serve as an information contact upon receipt of samples, ensuring detailed and quality service
• Unpack samples and coolers received at the lab
• Interpret and register Medical Device samples into the Laboratory Information Management System
• Label samples and select appropriate storage locations
• Store samples properly and complete routine sample discards
• Prepare and ship samples for subcontracting as needed
• Handle paperwork and place samples in appropriate bins after registration
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
• Manage incoming calls and emails regarding samples
• Maintain client files, including quotes, purchase orders, and sample activity records
• Collaborate with project managers and technical staff

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in physical or biological sciences preferred
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions

Additional Information

This is a full-time, 2nd shift position (Monday-Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm), with overtime as needed.
