Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Reliability Maintenance Technician Co-op in Wilson, NC to support the development of a new drug substance manufacturing site. You will collaborate with process engineering, team leads, project engineers and vendors to gain hands-on experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.

You will develop a strong engineering foundation, improve project management and communication skills, and engage in hands-on maintenance activities within a cGMP environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing A.A.S. or B.S. in Industrial Systems Technology or related field.
• Minimum GPA 2.8 or higher; available to work hours as agreed with hiring manager.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and executing documentation supporting equipment operation and maintenance.
• Demonstrate understanding of Maintenance System governing Utilities and Production process.
• Assist in developing maintenance plan for equipment inspection and testing.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing documents.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
• Participate in testing and troubleshooting of systems supporting production processes.
• Help document processes and create SOPs.
• Support project managers in coordinating and tracking project activities.
