Responsibilities

• Preparing and executing documentation supporting equipment operation and maintenance.
• Demonstrate an understanding of Maintenance System governing Utilities and Production process.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
• Understand instruments and their use supporting maintenance equipment process.
• Implement tools for measuring, tracking, and improving standards compliance.
• Demonstrate communication and collaboration skills across functions.
• Assist in developing maintenance plan for equipment inspection and testing.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing documents.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
• Participate in testing and troubleshooting of systems supporting production processes.
• Help document processes and create standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support project managers in coordinating and tracking project activities.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) or a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Systems Technology or related field
• Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher and be available to work the hours agreed upon with the hiring manager

Experience and Skills

Required:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of maintenance systems and tools

Preferred:

• Possess strong interest in industrial equipment maintenance
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of equipment used supporting Plant Utility Systems and Production process (e.g. bioreactors, chromatography, tangential flow filtration) is preferred
• Experience working in a cGMP environment is preferred
• Must work independently with minimal direction
• Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future
• Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship
