Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Process/Project Engineering Co-op, located in Wilson, NC. This role supports the development of a new large molecule drug substance manufacturing site, offering a comprehensive learning experience.

You’ll collaborate with the process engineering team, team leads, project engineers, and external vendors to gain practical experience in process engineering and project management, building a strong engineering foundation for your career.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS or MS in Chemical/Biomedical/Mechanical/Bioengineering with GPA >= 2.8.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship for this program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute engineering documentation, procedures, maintenance and validation plans for systems.
• Demonstrate basic project management skills and collaboration across functions.
• Engage with process engineering team, leads, project engineers, and vendors.
• Assist in data pulling, validation, and data entry from multiple sources.
• Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets; manage project documentation.
• Support scheduling, file organization, and communication with internal teams and vendors.
• Participate in testing and troubleshooting of process systems and instrumentation.
• Help document processes and create SOPs; evaluate current processes for efficiency.
