AtkinsRéalis USA Inc. in Exton, PA is seeking a Project Manager to lead client engagements, manage budgets and project plans, and coordinate design and construction activities for complex projects in biopharmaceutical and related sectors.

You will develop proposals, maintain CRM records, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery while mitigating risks and controlling costs. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 10+ years in biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, medical device, chemical or food & beverage sectors.
• Direct experience managing production engineering and design teams for client drawings and specifications.
• Strong negotiating, presentation, commercial skills and relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication to lead project teams and coordinate with co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Develop project execution plans and maintain schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Lead design efforts and mentor project teams; manage subconsultants to meet budgets and scope.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, change orders, and risk reviews; monitor invoices and payments.
• Engage with stakeholders, prepare status reports, and ensure quality standards are met.
