Candidates must be able to read and write English, perform basic math, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate forklift equipment. The position includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first year and full-time hours on a 12-hour shift schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Basic math skills are required
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet movers
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in warm/dusty environments

Aufgaben

• Adjusts dryer to ensure product uniformity and standards throughout the dryer run
• Take action if raw material or finished product fails Kerry standards for color, texture, smell or foreign material
• Assist packagers with bags, room cleaning, warehousing production, scale checks, and sampling
• Perform data entry, record keeping and process monitoring per procedures
• Initiate CIP processes and maintain sanitation per Kerry schedules and regulatory requirements
• Maximize On Product hours and minimize off-Product hours; collaborate with Maintenance during breakdowns
• Document deviations from operating parameters and critical control points
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and visitors; project a positive Kerry image
