Job summary

Kerry is hiring a Manufacturing Associate for our Rothschild, WI site. You will operate and monitor drying equipment, support packaging activities and maintain clean, compliant production areas.

We offer 12-hour shift schedules (5:30 am–6:00 pm or 5:30 pm–6:00 am) and a $2,000 sign-on bonus payable over the first year. Excellent safety and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Demonstrated basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and operate a forklift.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Adjusts dryer to ensure product uniformity and efficiency.
• Ensure color, texture, smell and materials meet Kerry standards.
• Assist packagers with bags, staging, warehousing and lab sample submission.
• Enter data, keep records and monitor processes per procedures.
• Initiate CIP on dryer equipment and comply with sanitation schedules.
• Maximize on- product hours and coordinate with maintenance during breakdowns.
• Document deviations and maintain professional relationships on site.
• Follow safety rules and housekeeping standards.
