TekWissen is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support biotherapeutic production in a regulated cGMP environment. This onsite role involves operating automated equipment, preparing materials, cleaning and sterilizing equipment, and maintaining production records.

The assignment is 12 months, temporary, with a day shift training period and potential weekend/overtime as needed. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, and mechanical/technical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical education, certification, or advanced coursework preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience with equipment beneficial.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong documentation and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Operate automated manufacturing equipment and process systems.
• Perform upstream manufacturing activities as applicable (media prep, fermentation, harvest).
• Perform downstream activities (buffer prep, filtration, chromatography).
• Clean, sterilize, assemble, and prepare tanks and equipment.
• Prepare and handle raw materials and chemicals per procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and tickets.
