Qualifications

• 5+ years of biopharma manufacturing experience, or 2+ years with a Master's degree.
• Strong supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience in upstream or downstream biologics manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production processes and equipment.
• Train and manage direct reports for compliance.
