Syneos Health is seeking a Launch Manager to support the development and execution of commercial readiness plans for new product launches. You will join a team that drives disciplined launch planning across assets, indications, and geographies.

Your role involves facilitating readiness meetings, understanding market problems, and coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure successful launches, including positioning, pricing, and training support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, life science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience with launch management or launch execution.
• Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate regular launch readiness meetings with stakeholders, executive leadership and coordinate stakeholder support for these meetings.
• Develop a deep understanding of market problems and communicate how features create client solutions.
• Track deliverables, risks and discrepancies across the cross-functional launch team.
• Support product launch activities including positioning, pricing strategies, training and cross-functional collaboration.
