Job summary

You will shape pre-launch strategies for biopharma assets, guiding senior leaders through forecasting, indication prioritization, and go-to-market design.

You will coordinate across analytics, medical, and research teams to deliver evidence-based recommendations, manage projects, and drive execution with hypothesis-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree such as MBA/MPH/PharmD/PhD/MS preferred.
• 7–10+ years in life sciences consulting with senior client engagements.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.
• AI-enabled delivery or digital transformation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and executive-level interactions across commercial strategy workstreams.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary teams and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Translate objectives into actionable workplans, timelines, and success metrics.
• Drive hypothesis-driven problem solving and compelling client storytelling.
• Coordinate with offshore/onshore resources to scale delivery.
