Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences, business, or related fields.
• 8–10+ years in biopharma BD or related fields.
• 3–5 years direct BD deal experience with proven deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate BD opportunities, including licensing and partnerships.
• Lead and support strategic, financial, and commercial assessments.
• Manage transaction execution: due diligence, term sheets, negotiation.
• Develop governance materials and senior leadership presentations.
• Collaborate with R&D, Commercial, Legal, and Finance to assess fit and risks.
• Expand external network with biotech/pharma partners.
