Sanofi seeks an Automation Engineer to support manufacturing systems and site automation at the Swiftwater, PA facility. You will implement changes to automation systems, update design documents, execute testing, troubleshoot events, and provide SME-level support for all automated process control systems used in licensed manufacturing.
You will collaborate with Operations, QA, IT, and Engineering to ensure seamless integration, compliant validation, and continuous improvement of automation
Formación
- 2+ years direct experience in automation for biopharma or related industries.
- Experience in GMP/regulatory environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of process control systems in manufacturing.
Responsabilidades
- System Integration: ensure automation systems integrate with digital applications.
- Deliverable Accountability: develop specs, protocols, and validation per GMP/C&Q.
- Risk and Compliance: identify risks and ensure GMP compliance to minimize disruption.
- Training and Support: create training materials and provide ongoing support.
- Collaboration and Documentation: document requirements with cross-functional teams.
- Standards and Best Practices: establish development and validation standards.
- Operational Meetings: participate in facility meetings to align reporting needs.
- Operational Oversight: monitor and troubleshoot automation systems for uptime.
- Continuous Improvement: propose and implement automation improvements.
- On-Call Support: provide on-call coverage for off-shift operations.
