Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Large Scale mAbs Automation Lead in Swiftwater, PA to drive the automation workstream from design through to commercial readiness. You will act as the technical authority for automation and manufacturing control systems, leading internal teams and coordinating with Engineering, Validation, Digital, MSAT and Quality to deliver a fully integrated GMP-compliant digital plant.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
8+ years of experience in automation engineering within pharma preferred.
Leadership or project lead experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for manufacturing systems for the Large Scale mAbs facility.
Serve as automation SME during Basis of Design and detailed design phases.
Lead integration of automation with digital applications and data management.
Ensure compliance with Sanofi automation design standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with procurement and project teams to select vendors and manage external system integrators.
Lead code reviews, FATs and SATs for automation software and hardware.
Support automation validation strategies with CQV and change control processes.
