Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an experienced Large Scale mAbs Automation Lead in Swiftwater, PA. You will direct automation engineering across design, construction and qualification to deliver a fully integrated GMP-compliant digital plant.

You will lead internal teams, manage external contractors, and partner with Engineering, Validation, Manufacturing, Digital, MSAT and Quality to ensure seamless integration. You will champion cyber-secure OT/ICS practices, drive Next Generation IIoT deployment, and

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategy for manufacturing systems for the Large Scale mAbs facility.
Serve as automation SME during Basis of Design and detailed design phases.
Decide on automation solutions and technical standards to be implemented in accordance with Sanofi core solutions.
Create detailed project plans outlining schedules, resource allocation, milestones, and deliverables.
Integrate automation systems with digital applications, ensuring connectivity between production, quality control, and data management.
Oversee external system integrators and collaborate with engineering partners to meet timelines and budgets.
Lead deployment of Sanofi's Next Generation IIoT Platform within the facility and ensure data models are standardized.
