Blue Matter is a rapidly growing management consultancy focused on biopharmaceuticals. We provide analytics-based decision support across product lifecycles, including forecasting, portfolio strategy, and launch planning.

The Analytics practice emphasizes advanced modeling, dashboards, and data-driven storytelling to guide client decisions. The team collaborates with strategy peers and engages directly with senior leadership to deliver impactful insights.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred (PhD, MD, MBA, or MS) in a quantitative field life sciences or business.
• 4–7 years of quantitative analytical experience, preferably in life sciences consulting or pharma (Consultant: 4-6 years, Senior Consultant: 5–7 years)
• Demonstrated career progression and increasing ownership of client deliverables

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver analytics-based solutions across product lifecycle: forecasting, market assessments, analytics for commercial decisions.
• Develop and apply statistical models (segmentation, regression, conjoint analysis) to inform strategy.
• Lead development of analytical frameworks, dashboards and tools for client teams.
• Translate complex findings into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Present analyses and recommendations to client teams with clarity and confidence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics workstreams with project objectives.
