You’ll collaborate with client and internal teams to shape high-quality technology solutions, translate business problems into designs, and lead modules and workstreams with hands-on implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Analytics, CS, MIS or related field.
• 3+ years delivering small/medium-scale technology solutions.
• Ability to lead teams, drive end-to-end activities, mentor.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, data warehousing, reporting.
• Experience with big data, data management, analytics, cloud.
• Proficient in Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to shape and implement technology solutions.
• Translate business problems into technical designs.
• Lead modules and workstreams, with hands-on implementation.
• Validate technical design with architects and ensure quality delivery.
• Support project delivery, planning, staffing, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior members and manage diverse teams.
• Plan tasks and allocate work for timely delivery.
• Define deliverables: business case, design, requirements, prototypes, architecture, tests.
