Job summary

ANSER is seeking an Operations Manager / Trainer to support system procurement, fielding, sustenance, and logistics for Army and DoD biometric and identity management systems. You will oversee fielding activities, coordinate logistics for personnel deployed to CONUS/OCONUS locations, and manage system upgrades and technology refresh efforts.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with biometric technologies and identity management systems.
• Experience supporting DoD or U.S. Government contracts.
• Strong understanding of Army acquisition and sustainment processes.
• Experience with Army Total Package Fielding (TPF), including NEF, NET, PI, and TSF.
• Experience coordinating fielding, logistics and sustainment activities across stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee system procurement, fielding, sustainment, and lifecycle support activities.
• Coordinate logistics and operational support for personnel deployed to CONUS/OCONUS locations.
• Manage system upgrades, technology refresh, and sustainment activities.
• Coordinate with Army units to support fielding, training, troubleshooting, and technical integration.
• Develop and update user guides, lesson plans, course curriculum, and training materials.
• Conduct training on operation and use of biometric and identity management systems.
• Review and adjudicate system issues related to fielding and sustainment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to assign responsibilities and resolve issues.
• Create and maintain the master program schedule tracking status, timelines, costs, and resources.
• Resolve cross-program issues related to schedule, cost, quality, and performance.
