Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. is looking for an Operations Manager III to provide comprehensive operational management support for the Product Manager Biometrics under the Terrestrial Sensors Program. The role involves overseeing system procurement and fielding, managing logistics for deployed personnel, and conducting training on BCC systems.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, seven years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a Secret security clearance. Experience with Army contracts and biometric technologies is essential.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with biometric technologies and identity management systems.
• Experience on DoD or other U.S. government contracts.
• Understanding of Army acquisition and sustainment processes.
• Experience with the Army's Total Package Fielding (TPF) process.
• Secret security clearance.

Job description

The Operations Manager III provides comprehensive operational management support for the Product Manager Biometrics (PM BIO), under Project Manager Terrestrial Sensors (PM TS), Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE), Layered Protection and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN).

Responsibilities

• Oversee system procurement, fielding, and sustainment activities.
• Manage logistics and support for personnel deployed to OCONUS locations.
• Coordinate with Army units for fielding, training, troubleshooting, and manage system upgrades and tech refreshes.
• Conduct training on the use and operation of BCC systems and develop/update user guides, lesson plans, course curricula, and other training materials.
• Ensure open communication between all stakeholders, including military personnel, government civilians, and contractors, to foster positive working relationships and ensure product satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Seven (7) years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with biometric technologies and identity management systems.
• Experience on DoD or other U.S. government contracts, with a strong understanding of Army acquisition and sustainment processes.
• Experience with the Army's Total Package Fielding (TPF) process, including New Equipment Fielding (NEF), New Equipment Training (NET), Platform Integration (PI), and Technical Field Support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Secret security clearance.
